To keep your jewelry looking as radiant as the day you received it, follow these simple care tips:

- Clean gently at home: Use warm water mixed with mild dish soap and a soft-bristled toothbrush to remove dirt and restore brilliance.

- Avoid harsh chemicals: Keep your jewelry away from hairspray, bleach, chlorine, toothpaste, and other abrasives, as they can dull or damage precious metals and diamonds.

- Check regularly: Examine your jewelry for loose prongs or stones. If you notice movement, stop wearing it immediately and contact our customer care team for repair.

- Protect during activities: Always remove jewelry before exercising, swimming, or heavy work, and store it carefully in a soft pouch or box to prevent scratches.

Processing Time: All jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Shipping: Domestic orders (USA) deliver in 2–5 business days. International orders take 10–15 business days (customs may delay).

Returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back within 20 days in original condition.

Exclusions: Custom designs, eternity bands, sale items, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Every Necklace is hand-made to order in our Pinks Jewels ateliers. Please allow 2-3 weeks for crafting—each piece is guided by eight skilled artisans and finished to our exacting standard before it’s ready for you.

All our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
