We craft in 14K & 18K solid gold and platinum, set with ethically sourced lab-grown diamonds. (Natural diamonds and select gemstones available upon request.)
Are your diamonds conflict-free?
Yes. We only source conflict-free diamonds from suppliers who follow the Kimberley Process and ethical sourcing standards.
Do you offer natural diamonds or other gemstones?
Yes—on request. We’ll share options, videos, and quotes during your consultation.
Are your pieces hypoallergenic?
Platinum and most 14K/18K gold options are suitable for sensitive skin. If you have a nickel sensitivity, tell us and we’ll guide you to the best alloy option.
Do your pieces tarnish?
Our fine jewelry is crafted in solid gold and platinum, which do not tarnish. Sterling silver may naturally oxidize over time but can be polished back to shine.
Where are your pieces made?
Each piece is hand-made to order in our FairyGlint ateliers, passing through multiple specialist artisans.

We don’t copy protected designs, but we can create a FairyGlint interpretation inspired by your references.

For custom orders, we can share stone videos, design previews, and specs before you approve.
Do you offer design changes after ordering?
Minor changes are often possible early in production. The earlier you notify us, the better.

Warranty, Certificates & Appraisals
Do FairyGlint products come with a warranty?
Yes—a manufacturer’s warranty covering craftsmanship defects (e.g., settings, solder joints) under normal wear.
What isn’t covered by warranty?
Loss/theft, accidental damage, gemstone loss from impact, improper cleaning, and normal wear (micro-scratches, patina).
How do I claim warranty service?
Email hello@fairyglint.com with your order number, photos, and a brief description. We’ll guide you through assessment and next steps.
Do your diamonds come with certificates?
Center stones (where applicable) include IGI (International Gemological Institute) certification. Accent stones are graded collectively and typically do not include individual reports.
Why is a diamond certificate important?
It independently verifies the diamond’s 4Cs and key characteristics for transparency and value.
Do you provide appraisals for insurance?
Upon request, we can supply a purchase summary and details for your insurer; formal third-party appraisals can be arranged on request.

Sizing, Care & Repairs
How do I find my ring size?
Request a free ring sizer from us. We can also determine your size using measurements from an existing ring taken by a local jeweler.
What sizes do you offer?
Most designs can be made in US 3–12, including half/quarter sizes. Custom sizes available on request.
Can all rings be resized later?
Many can; some designs (e.g., full-eternity, intricate textures) have limited resizing. Ask us before ordering.
How should a ring fit?
It should slide on comfortably, resist slightly over the knuckle, and feel secure. Measure at day’s end for best accuracy.
How do I clean my jewelry at home?
Warm water, mild soap, and a soft brush. Rinse and pat dry. Avoid harsh chemicals and ultrasonic cleaners unless advised.
Do you offer repairs or maintenance?
Yes—contact us for polishing, prong checks, re-sizing (where possible), and general care.
How do I store my jewelry?
Store pieces separately in a soft pouch or box to avoid scratches; remove during impact-prone activities.
