Processing Time: All jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back within 20 days in original condition.

All our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity, and center stones above 1.00 CT include a third-party lab report IGI (International Gemological Institute) for added assurance.
