Q: Is this item real gold or plated/vermeil? Will it tarnish or change color?
A: Our jewelry is crafted in solid 14K gold. It is not plated or vermeil and will not tarnish, fade, or change color.

To keep your jewelry looking as radiant as the day you received it, follow these simple care tips:

Processing Time: All jewelry is handmade to order. Please allow 2–3 weeks before shipment.

Shipping: Domestic orders (USA) deliver in 2–5 business days. International orders take 10–15 business days (customs may delay).

Returns: Contact us within 14 days of delivery to request a return or exchange. Items must be shipped back within 20 days in original condition.

Exclusions: Custom designs, eternity bands, sale items, and final sale items are non-returnable.

Every earring is hand-made to order in our Fairy Glint ateliers. Please allow 2-3 weeks for crafting—each piece is guided by eight skilled artisans and finished to our exacting standard before it’s ready for you.

All our jewelry is covered by a 1-year warranty against manufacturing defects. Every piece comes with a certificate of authenticity, and center stones above 1.00 CT include a third-party lab report IGI (International Gemological Institute) for added assurance.
